flok Health is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting individuals and families affected by inherited metabolic disorders. This policy covers flok.org, giving.flok.org, and media.flok.org.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly — for example when you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter (via forms provided by Fillout), or make a donation (processed by Funraise and its payment providers). We do not ask for or store medical information through this website.

3. Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how our sites are used. On flok.org a consent banner (provided by Termly) lets you choose which categories of cookies we may use; advertising-related cookies are off until you allow them. You can change your choice at any time via the "Consent Preferences" link in the footer.

4. Donations

Donations are processed by Funraise. Your payment details go directly to Funraise and its payment processors; flok Health does not receive or store your card information.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, as needed to operate the site and process your requests.
