flok Health is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by inherited disorders of protein metabolism, including PKU, Classical HCU, MSUD, Tyrosinemia, Organic Acidemias, and Urea Cycle Disorders.
What happened to National PKU News?
National PKU News (founded in 1989) rebranded to flok Health in July 2023 to expand our scope to serve all inherited disorders of protein metabolism, not just PKU.
What is the flok app?
The flok app is a free mobile application available for iOS and Android that helps individuals with metabolic disorders track nutrition, connect with their care team, and engage with the community.
